Refund policy

Exchanges

There are no refunds for any purchase made, but we do accept exchanges, either for a gift card for credit to the store or an exchange for something else.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and within the set time frame from purchase. 

In-store purchases have 7 days to bring the item(s) back to exchange. 

Online purchases have 3 days to contact The Point via email Info@thepointgoods.com

Please note that online exchanges will need to be shipped back to the store address: 710 N Main St, Suite 2, Watford City, ND, 58854

once the item is received back, your exchanged item will then be shipped out. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages that are not at fault of the merchandise or at fault of The Point, are not going to be considered to be exchanged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale merchandise is final sale.
